Welcome to the Australian 24 Hour Track Invitational (2024 AURA National 24H Championships)
Hosting the IAU Asia & Oceania 24H Championship in 2024
The Australian 24 Hour Track Invitational is an elite level event for record setting and as an ideal qualifier for the Australian 24 Hour team. The event is strategically created with ideal conditions to provide 24 hour runners with a near perfect race for them to reach their full 24 hour distance potential:
400m track
Cold weather,
Low humidity
Small selective field
No other race congestion/shared lanes
Prize money for performance levels
Quality over quantity
One of the goals of Australian 24 Hour Track Invitational is to encourage records and top performances by Australian athletes and others from around the world
Entry is limited to 40 runners total for the 2024 AURA National 24H Championships
Spectators are welcome and encouraged for the duration of the event
Each year, 10% of the race entry fees are donated to the Australian 24 Hour Team
